A live streaming of the inaugural function of the launch of Tamil Pudhalvan scheme was telecast at PET ENGINEERING COLLEGE on 9/8/2024. This scheme is in line with the Pudhumai pen scheme launched for girl students in early September 2022. The scheme has been launched to increase the entry of boys into higher educational institution. The scheme has been extended to Tamil medium students of government aided school. A total of 66 students who were benefited by the scheme attended the chief Minister’s live streaming of Tamil pudhalvan scheme. It’s related to Naan Mudhalvan scheme which aims to improve the employability of the youth in the state, by providing them with industry relevant skill development and training. The chief minister in his inaugural address focused on the key objectives of the Tamil Pudhalvan scheme which primarily aimed to help the students to excel in their higher education and thereby enhance the economic growth of the country. The chief minister reiterated that the youth should break all the obstacles in their path of success and attain great heights. This Tamil pudhalvan scheme proved to a beacon of light to all those students who strive to attain prominent positions in life. |
