The 25th Fresher's Day was conducted on 16/11/2022 with grandeur at PET Engineering College, Vallioor. Mrs. S. Rema Devi, Assistant Professor, department of English delivered the welcome address. The Principal Dr. K. Madhan Kumar, presided over the program. In his presidential address, he emphasized on the objectives of studying this course and wished them to attain more laurels in life. He highlighted on the recent technical innovations in the country. The Managing Trustee Mr. A. Shahul Hameed, wished the students and advised them to make use of every opportunity that knocks at their door. The Secretary Mr. K. Khaja Mohideen, secretary in his message insisted on the importance of imbibing moral ethics, self-confidence and self-control apart from academics. The Treasurer Mr. S. M. Jamaludeen, insisted that the students build up a healthy relationship with their fellow mates rather than being addicted to the mobile. This would strengthen their mind and enable them to become better citizens of the country. Several cultural programs were organized and it was a feast to the eye of the audience. A motivational talk was given by Dr. S. Mookkan, First Year Co-ordinator. Mrs. Bagavathy Lakshmi Ammal, HOD/English proposed the vote of thanks.
