The most memorable event in one's life that comes at the end of a long journey of academic and social preparedness ‘The Graduation day’ was celebrated at PET Engineering College on 18th July 2026. The formal function had an auspicious beginning with an invocation. The Governing Counsil Chairman, Prof. P.O.J Lebba, Chairman Governing Council, presided over the program. The Managing Trustee Mr. S. Mohamed Farook, Secretary Mr. S. Khaja Mohideen, Treasurer Mr. K. Mohamed Abdul Razak and Dean Dr. S. Tharvish Mohideen graced the occasion. The 24th graduation day was attended by parents and students in the presence of chief guest Dr. M. Kanthababu, Director, Centre for Research, Anna University, Chennai.
The Principal Dr. Madhan Kumar K, welcomed the gathering and highlighted on the achievements of the institution. The chief guest in his graduation day address congratulated the graduates on their achievement and reminded them that their success was made possible through the unconditional love constant support and countless sacrifices of their parents. In his inspiring address he empasized that graduation is not the end of education but the beginning of lifelong learning. It helps individuals grow personally and professionally. He concluded his address with quotation of Dr. A. P. J. Abdulkalam “Dream is not what you see in sleep, it is the thing which doesn’t let you sleep”.
He reiterated to the students to work hard to realize one’s goal in life. The young graduates solemnized the graduation oath after the Principal. 283 students of UG and PG belonging to different streams received their degrees.
