A One day seminar on CRUD Application using MERN Stack was organized by the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science at PET Engineering College on 05/02/2026. Dean Dr. S. Tharves Mohideen and Principal Dr. K. Madhan Kumar presided over the program. Ms. J. Evelin Paul of II year student delivered the welcome address. The seminar was handled by Mr. S. Sahaya Rasvinth, Ms. B. Dhivya Bharathi Software Engineers, SMARK solutions. The seminar encompassed training for students on MERN Stack, which comprised of technologies such as React js, Node js, Mongo DB and Express.js.
Students of Second year and third year of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science participated with great enthusiasm. The students were trained by the resource experts to develop an application using the above technologies. Ms. Muthu Swathi, II year student, proposed vote of thanks. The event was coordinated by Mrs. R. Antony Panimalar, Assistant Professor, under the guidance of the Head of the Department, Dr. T. Thanya in coordination with all faculty members.
