A one day Technical Symposium was held on 21st September 2016 at PET Engineering College, Vallioor on behalf of MCA Department. Dr. A. Kalai Selvi, HOD of the Department welcomed the gathering. Dr. N. Mohamed Sheriff, the Principal of the College delivered the presidential address. Prof. S. Abubucker, the Correspondent felicitated the students. J. Anspert Roan, a third year MCA student introduced the chief guest to the audience. Prof. Vinolia Anandan, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Applications, Anna University, Tirunelveli was the chief guest for the programme. The chief guest motivated the students by saying that a careful planned approach and execution are the prerequisites for achieving strategic goals. Around 200 Students from different Arts and Science Colleges attended the Symposium and participated in various competitions such as debugging, paper presentation, collage, game zone, memory contest and won prizes.
