A five days computer training program entitled MS Office was conducted from 17-
02-2020 to 21.02.2020 for our first year students and organized by department of Computer
Application. The program started with the quirath. Dr. A. Kalai Selvi, HOD/MCA was given
the welcome address. The Principal Dr. K. Madhan Kumar presided over the function. He
expressed his knowledge on computer and he explained how the MS Office is applicable in
our studies. Also he explained about the importance of computer and MS Office
software in day to day activity. Then the session was handed over to the resource person
Dr. S. Babu Renga Rajan (HOD/CSE), Ms. P. Poorna Nandhini Devi (AP/MCA) Mr. S. Muthu Perumal Pillai, ASP, MCA for handling the session.
Morning theory classes were conducted in the Seminar hall and afternoon hands-on training session was conducted in the Multimedia Lab.
85 students were actively participated in the event to make it a grand success. In the Valedictory function, Lakshmi M of I Year CSE proposed the vote of thanks
