The Department of Electrical and Electronics of PET Engineering College organized a webinar on "Emerging Trends in Internet of Energy" on 25th Jan 2022 through online mode, Mrs. R. Kalaiselvi, HOD of EEE welcomed the participants and introduced the resource person, Dr. M. Marsaline Beno, Vice Principal and Dean of Academics, St. Xavier's Catholic College of Engineering. He expounded on the topic Internet of Energy, its efficiency, need of IOE, application of Artificial Intelligence in IOE and its progress to accelerate the fourth industrial revolution. The topic was truly highly beneficial and was also an eye opener for future energy conservation.
Nearly 125 number of participants took part in this webinar. After the session, Mrs. Soundrambika, AP/EEE proposed the vote of thanks. Mrs. Soundrambika, co-ordinated the program under the guidance of the head of the department and Principal Dr. K. Madhan Kumar. Faculty and student participants from various colleges attended this webinar. E-Certificates were provided to the participants.
