The students of II year ECE are really grateful for having conducted a Five days workshop on Smart Phone Servicing.The program start with Inaugural function. Mr.S. Rajesh, II year ECE delivered welcome address.It was truly a pleasure to have Mr. B. Krishna Kumar, Managing director, New technology, Coimbatore who tirelessly guided the students throughout the day. Mrs. C. Rekha, HOD/Department of ECE felicitated over the program. The Resource Person Mr. Karthi gave a key note address and then started the session, in which he explained the overview of Smart Phone Servicing using power point presentation. He explained the basics of Mobile communication and Electronics, Assembling & disassembling of different types of mobile phones. He taught the students about the basic parts of mobile phones (mic, speaker, vibrator, LCD, antenna, etc ) in the technical sessions. The students also showed equal enthusiasm towards their work and they seems to be much interested in learning the practical concepts. During the next four days of the session he explained how to start and manage your own mobile repairing centre, how to work as a technician, where to procure tools, spare parts and accessories and also gave the technical guidance to manage their own centres. Resource person was really obliged to be there for the day and the students too found that it was quite useful. At the last day of the program Valedictory Function started at 3.00 p.m. with Quirath by Mr. S. Alavudeen, II year ECE. The Principal Dr. K. Madhan Kumar delivered the Presidential address. Certificates were distributed to all the student participants. A few of the students were asked to give a feedback speech to know what they felt about the workshop. They also showed keen interest in the workshop and the programme ended with vote of thanks, which was delivered by Mr. K. Venkatesh, II year ECE. 48 students of second year ECE actively participated in this workshop. |
