The department of Computer Applications organized a webinar on the topic "Fundamentals of MAT LAB" on 08/04/2021. Dr. A. Kalai Selvi, HOD of MCA department delivered the welcome note and introduced the resource person Dr. Sujatha S. S, Associate Professor, Department of MCA, S. T. Hindu College, Nagercoil. Dr. Madhan Kumar, Principal presided over the function.
The resource person Introduced about MATLAB. MATLAB is a high-performance language for technical computing. It integrates computation, visualization, and programming in an easy-to-use environment where problems and solutions are expressed in familiar mathematical notation. She covered the area in which MATLAB can be used such as Math and computation, Algorithm development, Modeling, simulation, and prototyping, Data analysis, exploration and Scientific. 85 participants registered and attended the webinar from UG and PG of our College. Mr. Muthu Perumal Pillai S, ASP/MCA carried out all the necessary arrangements for the program and circulating the E-Certificates to the participants. The session ended with a feedback session to procure the valuable suggestions of the participants. |
