The webinar on "Emerging trends in the field of Robotics" was conducted by Department of Electronics and Communication, PET Engineering College on 12.01.2022.The webinar was presided over by Dr. K. Madhan Kumar, Principal. The Head of the Department Mrs. C. Rekha, AP / ECE felicitated the gathering. Ms. C. Amritha from final year ECE welcomed the participants, staff members and the Resource person. The resource person Mr. B. Anto, Robotics Trainer, Agape Techno Solutions briefed about the evolution of Robots. He explained in detail about the types of Robots and their applications in various fields. He also emphasised that to design Robot, one should know about the hardware (microcontrollers) and its corresponding software (embedded C). Finally, the webinar session ended with vote of thanks proposed by the second year student Ms. J. Sharmila, ECE Department. Program Outcome
