A five days computer training program entitled MS Office was conducted from 18-02-2019 to 22.02.19 for our first year students and organized by department of Computer Applications. The program started with the quirath. Dr. A. Kalaiselvi Head of the department, MCA was given the welcome address. The Principal Dr. N. Mohamed Sheriff presided over the function. He expressed his knowledge on computer and he explained how the MS Office is applicable in our studies. Also he explained about the importance of computer and MS Office software in day to day activity.
The session was handed over to the resource person Dr. S. Babu Renga Rajan (HOD/CSE), Ms. P Poorna Nandhini Devi Assistant Professor. Mr. S. Muthu Perumal Pillai Associate Professor, Department of Computer Applications handling the session. Morning theory classes were conducted in the Seminar hall and afternoon hands-on training session was conducted in the Multimedia Lab. All the students were actively participated in the event to make it a grand success. In the Valedictory function, Ms. Divya M of I Year CSE proposed the vote of thanks.
