The webinar on Competency Mapping in HRM and Human Rights was organized by the Department of Management Studies, PET Engineering College on 28.02.2022. The webinar was presided over by Principal Dr. K. Madhan Kumar. The Head of the Department Dr. A. Jalal, felicitated the gathering. Ms. R. Gritta from first year MBA delivered the welcome address. Dr. Vikas Ananda Barbate, Associate Professor, Pimpri, Pune was the resource person. He explained in detail about the competency mapping in HRM and how it is used in interviews. He also explained about the human rights in HRM. Finally, Ms. B. L. Pooja PriyaDharshni of First year MBA proposed the vote of thanks. 55 students of MBA department participated in the webinar. The faculty of MBA Department carried out all the necessary arrangements for the programme and made the programme successful. |
