The department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering conducted hands on workshop webinar on "Fundamentals of Solar Photovoltaic Systems" on 23.11.2020. Mrs. R Kalaiselvi, HOD / Electrical and Electronics Engineering, welcomed the participants and introduced the resource person. Dr. M. John Bosco, Assistant Professor, St. Xavier's Catholic College of Engineering, Chunkankadai, Nagercoil accepted to be the chair person and given the presentation about Wireless Sensor Networks. Nearly 70 participants from PET Engineering College registered for this programme. The Fundamentals of Solar Photovoltaic Systems was presented. He detailed about the solar radiations, solar collection & systems and also explained about the solar utilities. Students responded that the ideas on Solar Photovoltaic Systems are clearly understood. |
