The 71st republic day function was celebrated with patriotic fervour at PET Engineering College. Mr. Aswin A of Final year EEE department welcomed the gathering. The oath taking was initiated by Aswin Gipso of final year Civil department. The Principal Dr. K. Madhan Kumar presided over the function and unfurled the national flag. In his presidential address he enumerated on the history of Republic day. Mr. Raize Mohamed Haja Mohideen gave a special speech on the importance of republic day and the need for students to uphold the spirit of love and brotherhood towards the Nation Mr. Mustaffa Navas AP/ ECE proposed the vote of thanks.
