A Workshop on Network Infrastructure and Management was organized by the department of Computer Science and Engineering on 24/01/2020. Dr. S. Babu Renga Rajan, Head of the Department of Computer Science delivered the welcome address. The Vice Principal Dr. K. Madhan Kumar presided over the function. In his presidential address he interacted with the students and raised queries on virtualization management system and latest version of Wi-Fi. The Resource person was Mr. S. Mohamed Nafeel, the System Administrator of PET Engineering College. He is an expert in network & system administration and has developed an android project for Smart Phone Addiction and parental control. The students were also given hands on training on networking. In the valedictory session, the students had an interaction with the resource person and got their queries clarified.
Certificates were also distributed to the participants. The vote of thanks was proposed by Konar Venkatesh Nambi of final year CSE. Mrs. P. Shanmugasundari, Assistant Professor of Computer Science department proposed the vote of thanks.
