The 22nd Sports Day was celebrated on 27th February 2020 at PET Engineering College, Vallioor. Mrs. Bagavathy Lekshmi Ammal HOD of English department welcomed the gathering. The Principal, Dr. K. Madhan Kumar presided over the function. Secretary, Mr. S. Haja Mohideen and Treasurer, Mr. S. M. Jamaludeen felicitated the gathering. Thiru. T. Santhosh, the Physical Director of the College presented the annual report for the year 2019-2020.
Various sports and games were held for both students and staff. Students who won medals in University level were also honoured. Individual Championship for boys was bagged by Mr. M. Michael Deva Sahaya Agwin of final year Mechanical department and Ms. M. Santhiya of final year Electrical and Electronics Engineering won Individual Championship for girls. Overall Championship for boys was bagged by Yellow house and for girls it was won by Red house.
Dr. S. Mookkan HOD of Mathematics department proposed the vote of thanks. Mr. T. Santhosh, Physical Director made the necessary arrangements for the programme.
