A two-day motivational programme entitled "Power of Success" was conducted on 11th to 14th November 2019 by Mr. Raghunath, Psychologist and Director of RELAX Centre, Chennai for all the first year U.G. and MBA Students. Ms. S. Sonal of first year MBA delivered the welcome address. Dr. N. Mohamed Sheriff, the Principal of the College gave the inaugural address. In his address he quoted Swami Vivekananda's words "Give me 100 energetic young men and I shall transform India" and urged the students to develop an inquiring mind, strive hard achieve success in one's career, inculcate moral values and become a better human being. He advised students to utilize the four day programme to make the best use of it.
The Resource person insisted that the students must make use of the wonderful opportunity around them and prove themselves to be worthy citizens in their educational, social and moral life. The Psychologist stressed that the Students should not compare themselves with others because everyone is special in one's own way. He enlightened the students on the greatness of Indian culture, tradition and heritage. He also emphasized that every individual should be proud to be an Indian. The speech was interspersed with real time video presentation to make it more lively and inspiring. The two day workshop boosted the students' self confidence, morale and also paved way for their self realization.
The students in their feedback said that the suggestions which had been given by him would enable them to march ahead victoriously and shine in their studies.
