The "Online Training program in C & C++ for Advance Learners" was jointly organized by the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering and Research and Development Cell, PET Engineering College, Vallioor from 25th January 2022 to 31st January 2022. The program was presided over by Dr. K. Madhan Kumar, Principal. The Head of the Department Mrs. C. Rekha, AP/ECE felicitated the gathering and other faculty members gave their support at all points for the smooth conduct of the program. Ms. C. Andrews Sonia, AP/ECE, PETEC acted as the Resource Person and Mrs. X. M. Binisha, AP/ECE co-ordinated the program.
The topics covered in the training program included structure of C, variable declaration, conditional syntax, Arrays, pointers, structure of C++, polymorphism, switch, looping statements and encapsulation. Selected students from 2nd yr, 3rd yr and final year were trained in this program. 20 students attended the training program. The motive of this training program was to enhance the adequate knowledge on the need of programming languages and problem solving techniques for writing programs in C & C++ and to develop an in-depth understanding of functional and logical concepts of C Programming.
