The Department of Electronics and Communication in association with the Institution and Telecommunication student forum organized an Intra department competition QURYFRIMA-19 on 4th September 2019 to explore the talents of emerging engineers. Also 12th students of various schools like Vivekanandha Kendra Matric School Vallioor, Concordia Higher Secondary School Vallioor and Govt. Higher Secondary school, Vallioor also participated in the program. The school students were given an awareness about Engineering and the immense opportunities available in each field. The students also got an idea about workshops, symposium, Industrial Visits and conferences conducted in the department. They also actively participated in all the competitions conducted for them. Opportunity was given to elicit, exhibit and evaluate their talents.
In the Intra department competitions various events like Quizzards, Best Manager and Rhythmix were conducted. A special video presentation on the contribution of successful engineers was also telecast. The Valedictory session was presided over by the Principal Dr.N.Mohamed Sheriff. The winners were honoured with shields and certificates. Ms. S. J. Preethi of final year ECE proposed the vote of thanks. The program was organized by Ms. C. Rekha and S.I. Padma professors of the department of Electronics and Communication. |
