Objective of the Program
- To impart basic entrepreneurial skills understanding to run a business efficiently and effectively
- To learn the quality philosophies and tools in the managerial perspectives.
The Department of Management Studies organized a four day workshop through virtual mode on "Building entrepreneurial skills and quality management philosophies for entrepreneurs and decision making" by using Google meet from 28.09.2021 to 01.10.2021. We received good responses from our department students. Dr K. Madhan Kumar, Principal, and Dr. Jalal head of the department of MBA very much encouraged and motivated to bring out the program in a successful manner.
Mr. K. Aswin Kennedy, Assistant professor and Organizing Convener organized the event by welcoming the chief guest, Dr. R Tamilmaran Associate Professor, Tamil Nadu Open University and Dr. G. Gnanasekaran Assistant Professor from DG Vaishnav College, Chennai. The chief guest R Tamilmaran gave a talk on skills and opportunities for a successful entrepreneur and Dr. G. Gnanasekaran elucidated about Japanese management techniques. Mrs. V. Vijaya Ramya, Mrs. S. Merlin and Ms. A. Lasipa Assistant Professor carried out all the necessary arrangements for the programme. Final year student, Mr. Muthuraj, proposed the vote of thanks. E-Certificates were given to all the participants.
