The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, PET Engineering College, Vallioor, organized a Five days Workshop on E - Vehicles during 17/09/2021 to 23/09/2021.

Dr. T. Jarin, Associate Professor, Jyothi Engineering College, Thrissur was the Chief Guest. The Principal Dr. K. Madhan Kumar presided over the program. In his presidential address, he gave electric vehicles create a variety of potent economic development challenges and opportunities. While the electric vehicle market is still at a relatively early stage of development, it is poised to reshape industries and communities the world over.

This section provided a quick overview of the potential benefits of electric vehicles so that economic developers can better assess what the evolution of this market will mean to their specific local communities.

The program was started with the welcome address by Mrs. R. Kalai Selvi, Associate Professor, Head of the EEE department, PET Engineering College, Vallioor. The chief guest introduction is given by Mr. A. Ananth, Assistant Professor, co-ordinator of this event. The webinar had a huge response from all the students and faculty members.

At the end of the session, Mr. Ajay, Fourth Year student was given the conclusion of the webinar on "Electric Vehicles Modeling and Future Adoption". He gave thanks to the all the experts & participants, Principal, management, organizing committee and all staff members who made this event a grand success by spend their time in webinar to give knowledge about the specialization on Electric Vehicles and Future Adoption. The workshop certificates were distributed to all the students who had participated all the session. The workshop was ended with a feedback session. In that, they have expressed their interest and willingness in attending the next workshop of this series.
