The 17th fresher's day was conducted by the department of Computer Applications on 14.09.2023. Ms. A. Firdous Fathima, of II MCA delivered the welcome address. The Principal Dr. K. Madhan Kumar presided over the program and in his presidential address he enlightened on the tremendous opportunities in the field of Artificial Intelligence. He also gave an insight on the tremendous growth of IT industry and its contribution in various other fields. The Managing Trustee Mr. A Shahul Hameed in his felicitation emphasized on the importance of adopting moral and ethical values. He promoted the students to have a all rounded development both in the academic sphere and personality development. The Secretary Mr. S. Kaja Mohideen applauded the boom of research in all industries. The head of the department of MCA Dr. A. Kalaiselvi felicitated the freshers and wished them good fortune in the forth coming years. She insisted on making the best use of all the opportunities available to hone their skill and career. Many entertainment programmes were also arranged to provide a feast to the new entrants.
