A Two day Workshop was organized by the Department of Computer Applications on the topic “Mobile App Development” on 5th and 6th June 2024. The workshop was handled by resource person Mr. Gokul Raj Sivaraj, Android and IOS Developer ZOI Fintech, Tirunelveli. His insights and overview on Mobile Development and various versions of Android provided to be an apt prerequisite knowledge for the students to participate in the hands on training. The two days workshop covered various topics like “Introduction to Android Development, Android Studio, Android SDK, OOPS Concept, Android Development Environment, Environment Setup, Debug Device Setup, Android Skeleton Project”. Dr. Sybi Cynthiya J., HOD, department of Computer Applications delivered the welcome Address and Dr. K. Madhan Kumar the Principal presided over the session. Ms. S. Gayathri, I Year Computer Applications introduced the Resource Person to the audience. The session was then handed over to the resource person.
In the valedictory session the students had an interactive session with the resource person where they clarified their doubts. The Vote of thanks was proposed by Ms. M. Santhiya I Computer Applications. The necessary arrangements for the program was made by AP/ Computer Applications.
