A one day technical symposium, 'CYBERNOVA 2K17' was jointly organized by CSE and IT Departments and CSI and IE (I) Student’s Chapter on 22nd March 2017. Ms. M. Sherin Sameeha, a third year CSE student welcomed the gathering. Ms. P. Manimala, a final year CSE student gave a brief introduction about CYBERNOVA 2K17. Ms. H. Faiza Mubeena, a second year CSE student introduced the chief guest Mr. Sam. T. David, Associate Manager, NASDAQ OMX, Nagercoil. The Correspondent of the College Mr. Adbullateef Sheik Uthman presented a memento to the chief guest. The chief guest in his inaugural address explained in detail about NASDAQ which gives importance to trading, technological exchange of information and public company services and also said that the students must be ready today to face the challenges of tomorrow. Nearly 100 students from different colleges of Tamilnadu participated in the Symposium and 25 papers were presented by the participants. Various events like debugging, technical quiz, best manager, CPU assembling, poster presentation and website presentation were conducted. Dr.N.Mohamed Sheriff, the Principal of the College delivered the valedictory address and distributed the prizes to the winners.Mr.A.Ajith, a final year IT student proposed vote of thanks. Prof. S. Babu Rengarajan, HOD of CSE and IT Departments and Dr. D. Pushparanjini, Professor, CSE department made necessary arrangements for the Symposium. |
