A webinar on Customer Relationship Management was jointly organized by the Department of Computer science and Engineering of PET Engineering College jointly with Students Chapters of Computer Society of India (CSI) and Institution of Engineers (India) on 1.3.2017. Prof. S. Babu Rengarajan, HOD of the Department delivered the welcome address. Miss. G. Maria Agatha Daphne of final year introduced the resource person Mr. P. G. Sailappa Vignesh, Technical lead, MST Solutions LLC, Arizona, USA. He explained about Customer Relationship Management in salesforce.com and explained the need of cloud computing and also the importance of sustaining customer relationship in business. Dr.D.Pushparanjini coordinator of Computer Society of India and Professor of the Department made necessary arrangements for the programme. |
